A forgotten note, recently found

Of what purpose is thought, if not to bear fruit?

For I am only barely loyal to You, and only in my thoughts.
In my thoughts, the answer has always been- and will always be- You.

But of what use are these thoughts, if they do not bear fruit in my actions?
